Chipping paint, parts ungluing and splitting

We've gotten a lot of wooden kitchen toys over the years, and they've all held up really well . . . until now. I'm disappointed to report that these products have chipped paint, parts that immediately came unglued, and one cup is completely split open after only six months of play. I have never purchased this brand before, and my recommendation is to stick to brands like Melissa and Doug, Hape, and Haba—the other wooden kitchen toy brands we've been playing with for years. Pretty Teaset

This is a lovely little Teaset. Please be aware that it is quite small though, so check dimensions. The colours and style of the tea set are very good. It is compact and appears to be sturdy, as I have witnessed it falling on to a tiled floor a few times and survive!
