The Big Fat Pub Quiz is a nicely packaged bundle of everything you need to host your own pub quiz night in the comfort of your own home. You get a nice thick wad of answer sheets with room for six rounds of six questions, meaning you have plenty of them to play this over and over again along with a set of four adorable little pens, a rule sheet and of course, the question cards. The cards are nicely colour coded, to make it easy to sort out the catagories, with each card having multiple questions, six in fact, meaning that the nominated Quizmaster simply has to draw one card from each catagory and read all the questions from it, alternatively, you could go wild and draw a new card for each question and read a random one from it. The answers to the questions are on the back of the card, so it's important that the quizmaster keeps these out of sight of the players, but it's a nice convenient way to check them during the scoring process. The set also includes Joker cards, these allow a team to hand it in at the start of a round that they think they'll do well in to score double points. It adds a nice little twist as a way to score bonus points as many a pub quiz has. Finally, if there are any ties at the end of the game, there are a selection of sudden death cards. The Quizmaster will ask the question on the card and the team with the closest answer wins. The game is presented in a lovely traditional "Pub table" finish that will look great on your game shelf or could even make a great looking Quizmaster screen to hide the answers from prying eyes. If you're looking for a fun night in with your Trivia loving friends, The Big Fat Pub Quiz is a nice cheap and cheerful way to scratch that brain itch, just supply your own beer and cheesy jokes.Weiterlesen
