Wow.

Before I rant and rave about this game I should note that typically I play two player with my husband and we play heavier games for the most part. Our highest play counts on BGG are for the original Brass, clocking in at just over 100. In other words, we’re into this kind of thing and knew what we were getting into to a certain degree. What a bizarre economic game with beautiful components. The 3D stairs haven’t been an issue for us at all and they definitely add to the grandiose feeling that is Agra. (I have MS and my hands aren’t exactly the most cooperative. That said, I have few issues with pieces coming out of place or falling down causing a domino effect.) The cards add variety to the game along with the vast amount of options players have. No two games will play the same, which is something to awe at considering the depth involved. It’s a dense, heavy game that most will need to play at least once before properly understanding how many options are available and how much can be manipulated as you wish. As much as I love this game, it isn’t a game I’d casually recommend to most gamers. It’s an oddity that few will appreciate but those who do will adore it. Agra is an event, a birthday in fact, and only those who wish to be invited and are prepared to bring gifts should attend. Weiterlesen

Heavier than rain soaked lead trousers

I love this game, but I can imagine many preferring a lighter game. If you like games by Vital Lacerda, Martin Wallace or Splotter games you will find a similar level of complexity and deep strategy here. Weiterlesen

Ottimo acquisto

Gioco arrivato praticamente il giorno dopo la spedizione. Ottimo venditore, rapido e preciso. Il gioco promette di essere uno dei pesi massimi del "gestionale alla europea" di questo 2018. Il costo è un po' alto rispetto alla media ma i materiali sono tantissimi e di eccellente qualità! Weiterlesen
