Players freaked out, absolutely worth it

This was an undertaking for sure! If you're not already deep into mini painting, this guy is gonna cost you more than you think. You need glue, you need putty for the gaps, you need primer and paint and brushes... Worth it. Worth every single penny for that moment when he rises out of the Darklake and smashes the town. My players went NUTS. It was so freaking cool. If you're running Out of the Abyss, get this bad boy and take the time to build it and paint it. I learned a lot about building minis, and painting, and paints. I'm seriously considering buying the other demon lords, just to have the whole set. The base is a 6x6 square. Great for display and battle map.

If you want Demogorgon, this is definitely the one to get. And paint it yourself. Fun to build, fun to paint. It's a magnificent figurine. Be sure to look at videos on YouTube before building. If the fittings are good, there are ways to heat the mold to flex it into place without causing damage. I painted Demogorgon the way I envisioned for a creepy look, based on the Out Of The Abyss cover but creepier, twisted, and ghostly.Weiterlesen

It's Awesome!

First off, he's HUGE. I knew the sculpt was going to be large, but he's a giant! I had also picked up the Orcus figure and he's about half as tall (granted he is also sitting down). But this is THE piece you want to scare a party of adventurer's, or just to show off around the house. The detail is pretty insane and I found myself just starting at it while I was assembling it. Couple of "not quite fitting right" issues, but nothing a little extra glue and holding tightly together won't fix. Plus if your going to be painting it (cause you should be) it's easy enough to fill in a few gaps. Overall this is the coolest looking figure I've ever gotten!Weiterlesen
